My 10 tips to set healthy boundaries and deal with guilt !

Hey my Mj’s! Today we are going to tackle boundaries.In fact, we all have several relationships , family, friends , partner and so on. The truth is harmony is created through healthy boundaries ,otherwise we would literally feel drained all the time .So without further ado let me share with you my 10 tips to set healthy boundaries and deal with guilt! :

1-Be real and stand in your truth: self-honesty and honesty win all battles
2- Analyse the context : Each person and situation differs .So make sure to know how to adapt your attitude according to the person you’re dealing with.
3- Identify red flags : Red flags are RED FLAGS , stop making excuses and start acknowledging them before the worst occurs
4- follow through what you said : as simple as that , integrity is a must
5- Stay consistent : basic but necessary to be legitimate and assert yourself confidently
6-explain them clearly: having a discussion if possible is the best way to go about the situation or else : protect yourself and do it
7-remind yourself WHY you started : mostly for yourself, your growth and the other person’s growth at times
8- Define what is tolerable or not for you: close to red flags but knowing where the ligne might be crossed is essential
9- Dare to be assertive : You deserve to be respected in the goddess that you are don’t let anyone test you foolishly
10- Do it! even if it feels weird , because it will benefit you in the long run and if in the end the behavior of the person changes THEN you can lower a bit your expectations of her respecting them.
