Today I have a self-love related exercise for you !
In fact , self -love is something we all know , but are we applying it on our daily lives ?
See self-love is like a muscle and the more you practice it the bigger it becomes .So here is the exercise
Catch yourself when you have negative thoughts or behaviors and ask yourself is this self-loving and if not , how can I be self-loving right now , each and every single day? !For instance , if you catch yourself beating yourself up and self-criticising . A self-loving behavior might be to forgive yourself and send yourself love and compassion because you’re human therefore flawed but you also deserve to love yourself like never before !
