Hey My Mj’s! Today as I have decided to declutter my room, clean it ,re-organize it and redecorate it.
I challenge you to jump up on board with me and do the same . In fact, as we all know that :a clearer space provides a clearer mind and that’s not rocket science .
Firstly , decluttering your space can be done thanks to Marie Kondo’s method explained in her book » The Life-changing magic of tidying « .
Bonus : You can even try the 30 days decluttering challenge if you fancy but that’s another option in order to start small
Then, you can clean your space and dust all your furnitures , cleaning your Windows and spider webs and floors and every thing . Additionally, you might need to re-organize it all giving a place to each item.
Eventually, Redecoring your space or simply fluffing up your pillows , re-arranging your jewellery or changing up the comforter might be a good idea in order to freshing up your space. But remember you’ve got the power and can make it happen .

Once your physical space is all cleaned up , it is time to focus on the mental space, and here’s the thing : only you know what you are thinking and can find the root cause of some negative thinking patternsMary Jokes . 3- meditating and praying
5- tell it to someone else
6- do more of what you love (where you avoid to think about your issues)
7-cut off dream killers and toxic people around you or at least create a clear boundary with them
8- write down your goals and dreams and make a goal tracker
9- make a vision board
10- take your alone time to breathe deeply
