Hey my Mj’s! Have you ever felt angry and on the verge of explosing ?
I feel you , some situation though we are accustomed to them still trigger us and makes us spilt out all our rage .However, once you decide that you havn’t time and wisdom to waste you learn to witness your anger and stay still or respond with more politness than the disdain originally felt .
When we react we not only allow others to have a sneak peek into our mind , but we let our feelings have the upper hand.
The act of witnessing our anger, without reacting to it : isn’t an overnight process and meditation has been tremendously helpful to me . I have decided to choose love , empathy and wisdom over anger and so can you !Indeed, it is invaluable because once you realise that no matter the circumstances around you , as soon as your are aligned and grounded in your own self you have the power over them !
